Monica Shaw serves up a delicious twist on the classic White Russian, using Soiree Amaretto, vodka and coffee liqueur in a creamy base. Serve stirred over ice, or shake up and strain for a creamy Amaretto martini.

The Soiree Amaretto Russian is a twist on the White Russian, traditionally made with vodka, Kalhua and cream. This recipe adds a bit of Soiree Amaretto to the mix, giving a nice almondy twist to this classic cocktail. It is delicious served on the rocks or shaken and strained into a martini glass.

Pour vodka, coffee liqueur and Soiree Amaretto over ice cubes into a glass. Fill with cream and serve, garnished with a dusting of cocoa powder if you’d like. You can also shake this up and strain into a martini glass for a creamy Amaretto martini!
