  • 180g of honey
  • 2 tbsp of chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • 6 slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp of parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of chives, chopped
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, cored and washed

  • 600g of large white potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
