180g of honey
2 tbsp of chicken stock
3 tbsp of granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of black pepper

6 slices of fresh ginger
1 tbsp of parsley, chopped
1 tbsp of chives, chopped
1 iceberg lettuce, cored and washed

600g of large white potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, finely diced
