Ingredients

  • 1 bulb of garlic, halved
  • 4 pak choi

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 4 cloves
  • 1 star anise
  • 10g of Sichuan peppercorns
  • 20g of cinnamon stick

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 10g of coriander seeds

Store Cupboard

  • 60ml of soy sauce
  • 1.5l chicken stock
  • 50g of plain flour
  • 2 tbsp of clear honey
  • sesame seeds, toasted

  • 80g of unsalted butter, soft
