  • 142g of butter, at room temperature
  • 295ml of buttermilk
  • 340g of evaporated milk

Store Cupboard

  • 191g of caster sugar
  • 1 egg, at room temperature
  • 174g of plain flour
  • 3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 37g of Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 395g of condensed milk, sweetened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp dulce de leche

Bakery

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

Cheese

  • 115g of cream cheese

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
