- 200g of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 110g of golden caster sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 60g of plain flour
Dairy
- 200g of butter, diced plus 100g melted for brushing
- 1 dollop of whipping cream
Beverages
- 2 tbsp of brandy
