Hot chocolate soufflé

Ingredients

Store Cupboard

  • 50g of cocoa powder, plus a little extra for sprinkling
  • 90g of caster sugar
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 12 egg whites
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder

Dairy

  • 2 tbsp of butter, softened

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1/2 orange

Beverages

  • 2 tbsp of whisky
