Coal-baked onion with chard, labneh and beans

Ingredients

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 red onions
  • 8 Swiss chard leaves, large
  • 2 handfuls of broad beans, peas or other small seasonal vegetables
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Oils & Vinegars

  • 50ml of olive oil
  • 10ml of olive oil

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 5 sprigs of tarragon, chopped

Store Cupboard

  • 1 handful of pistachio nuts, shelled
  • sea salt, to taste

  • 300g of natural yoghurt

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 6g of fine salt
