2 red onions
8 Swiss chard leaves, large
2 handfuls of broad beans, peas or other small seasonal vegetables
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Oils & Vinegars
50ml of olive oil
10ml of olive oil
Salad & Fresh Herbs
5 sprigs of tarragon, chopped
Store Cupboard
1 handful of pistachio nuts, shelled
sea salt, to taste
Dairy
300g of natural yoghurt
Spices & Dried Herbs
6g of fine salt
