Georgian-style grilled pork with cherry and dill sauce

Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 500g of pork loin, cut into large chunks

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp of chilli flakes
  • 500g of cherries, destemmed and stoned
  • lemon juice, from 1–2 lemons

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Store Cupboard

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 handful of dill, chopped
