Ingredients
Fresh Meat
500g of pork loin, cut into large chunks
Fruit & Vegetables
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of chilli flakes
500g of cherries, destemmed and stoned
lemon juice, from 1–2 lemons
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
1 tbsp of olive oil
Store Cupboard
1 pinch of salt
2 tsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of dill, chopped
