  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 egg white
  • caster sugar

  • grenadine syrup
  • naturally light tonic
  • 500ml of gomme syrup

Frozen

  • ice cubes

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 star anise
  • 3 cardamom pods
