  • 200g of baby chestnut mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 tbsp of shallots, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 radishes, finely sliced
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

Oils & Vinegars

  • 100ml of olive oil
  • 12g of balsamic vinegar
  • 25ml of white wine vinegar
  • 100g of light olive oil
