200g of baby chestnut mushrooms, quartered
1 tbsp of shallots, chopped
1/2 lemon
4 radishes, finely sliced
2 spring onions, finely sliced
Oils & Vinegars
100ml of olive oil
12g of balsamic vinegar
25ml of white wine vinegar
100g of light olive oil
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 pinch of Chinese five-spice powder
