  • 1 undyed smoked haddock fillet, (preferably peat smoked)

Beverages

  • 350ml of water, cold

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Dairy

  • 1 knob of butter
  • 2 eggs

Store Cupboard

  • 150g of basmati rice

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
