1 head of broccoli
1 large onion, very finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, very finely sliced
1 red pepper, diced
1 leek
Fresh Meat
4 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
Cheese
100g of mature cheddar
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of olive oil
Store Cupboard
3 pinches of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
