Store Cupboard
10g of dried mushrooms
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp of flour
1 tsp Marmite
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of cranberry jelly, or redcurrant jelly
salt
Beverages
500ml of water
100ml of white wine, (check it is vegan)
Fruit & Vegetables
1 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced
Salad & Fresh Herbs
2 sprigs of thyme
Oils & Vinegars
1 dash of white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
