Henry Russell

After working with Claude Bosi at Hibiscus and stints as a private chef, Henry Russell went on to work at Moro in London’s Clerkenwell, helping to develop the restaurant’s reputation as the go-to restaurant for North African and Spanish-influenced dishes. He then went on the role of head chef of Moro’s sister restaurant, Morito.

Henry is now the resident innovation chef for Belazu at the company's Pembury Kitchen, honing superb dishes for home cooks that showcase Belazu's inspiring ingredients.
