The theme for 2015, which promises to be the biggest and best yet, is Flavours of the World, designed to celebrate the huge range of international flavours and cuisines which you can find across London and beyond.
Among the 40 restaurants taking part this year - 50% of them are new to the festival, from one of south-east London's hidden gems - Artusi, to the Clove Club, Palomar, and Anna Hansen's soon-to-be-opened new venture, Modern Pantry 2. Joining them, are some of the capital's favourite places - including Duck and Waffle, LIMA Floral and Opera Tavern - all selling tapas-sized portions of iconic dishes, which you don't have to book up for months in advance.
There'll also be a special stand raising money for Action Against Hunger: the theme, the 5* Grill, will feature one-off creations by star chefs like Bruno Loubet, Cyrus Todiwala and Sabrina Ghayour.
One of the best things about Taste of London is the opportunity to see some culinary heroes in action: the cookery theatre has been revamped this year with more opportunities to interact with chefs like Nuno Mendes and Monica Galetti. The AEG Cooking club will also offer hands on cooking classes, one of our favourite features of the show - although you've got to be quick to sign up for the limited places.
You'll also be able to get a taste of some future stars: Simon Rogan, Dan Doherty and Michel Roux Jr have each been mentoring a young chef from their kitchens, who'll be serving up dishes at the Protégé Project by Ford.
And there'll be plenty of drinks on offer too - including masterclasses by Laurent-Perrier and Balvenie whisky tastings - as well as all sorts of artisan food and drinks by specialist producers which you can buy to take home.
Tickets are already on sale over at the Taste of London website - sessions run from 17th-21st June, and more details will be revealed soon. Find out more on https://london.tastefestivals.com and we'll be running a series of articles here talking to some of the top chefs taking part about what they've got planned. Watch this space!
