Brazilian recipes

From white sand beaches and tropical rain forests to teeming metropolis, the landscape of Brazil is as varied and diverse as the people, cultures and cuisine. With heavy influences from Portuguese and other European settlers, as well as Africa and its Central American neighbours, the food of Brazil celebrates this mix and the exotic produce grown on the equator.

Our Brazilian recipe collection includes some traditional dishes from Marcello Tully, such as a Feijoada, a traditional black bean and meat stew that uses a variety of pork cuts, or the street food classic of coxinha, little chicken and cream cheese croquettes, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried.

For more adventurous cooks, Marcello calls on the refreshing flavours of the national cocktail, featuring lime and the signature spirit cachaça, in his caipirinha sorbet and caipirinha chocolates recipes.
