The current estate head chef at Rathfinny, Chris Bailey's impressive career began after he trained at Westminster Kingsway College and began working in some of London's best restaurants including Chez Bruce. After spending time honing his skills in Spain, he returned to the UK to open The Black Rat, where he went on to win a Michelin star. Chris joined the team at Rathfinny in 2018 to open up their Tasting Room Restaurant and currently oversees all dining experiences on the Estate.
