Clara Buckley
Clara is a primary school teacher whose initial love of food was inspired by many family meals, both traditional English food and food from afar. Growing up eating many delicious home made baked goods, and working at a chocolaterie in Buckinghamshire, inspired her to begin her journey into the world of baking. Chocolate features in most of her baking and it's sometimes difficult to tear her away from the chocolate tin! She enjoys cooking and baking for friends and family and is always keen to try out new techniques and flavours, and expand her repertoire. Travelling is a great passion of Clara's and she is keen to experience different cuisines wherever she goes and use these to inspire her cooking.
