Dave Bone

Dave is the head chef at Pilgrim in Liverpool. He’s been working in professional kitchens since the age of fifteen, gaining experience at the likes of The Wolseley and working with chefs such as Tom Aikens. Dave has opened restaurants in Egypt, run the kitchens at London institutions Mac and Wild and the Princess of Shoreditch, and after hosting a series of supper clubs in 2017 opened Pilgrim with Jamie Duffield and Anthony Power in Liverpool’s Duke Street Food Market.
