Judy Joo

Judy Joo is a French-trained, Korean-American chef, writer and restaurateur whose culinary expertise spans the globe. Ushering Korean flavours into home kitchens, she is the only Korean chef in the world with a Korean cooking show with international distribution. Her first restaurant, Jinjuu, opened a year ago in London and her book, Korean Food Made Simple, is due to be released on 19th May 2016.
