Maunika Gowardhan

Maunika Gowardhan is an India food writer and chef who was born in Mumbai but now lives in the UK. Her recipes have appeared in publications including The Sunday Times, The Telegraph and Olive, and her award-winning cookbooks include Indian Kitchen, Thali, and Tandoori Home Cooking. Maunika has also made regular appearances on TV shows such as Saturday Kitchen, and shares recipes on her hugely popular Instagram page too.
