Nargisse Benkabbou is a London-based chef and author. While growing up in Brussels, her parents filled their kitchen with the flavours of their native Morocco, instilling in Nargisse a passion for exploring her culture through food. After taking a course at the legendary culinary school Leiths, Nargisse transformed her passion into a career, sharing her love of Moroccan cuisine via her blog, mymoroccanfood.com. In 2018 Nargisse published her debut cookbook, Casablanca: My Moroccan Food.
Nargisse is currently executive chef at L'Mida Marrakech, and her work involves menu development and hosting supper clubs.
