Nick Archer

Husband and wife team Nick and Nikki Archer moved to Cornwall almost a decade ago, so that Nick could pursue a Marine Science degree. Blown away by Cornwall’s lifestyle and landscapes, Nick turned back to his cheffing and travelling roots to set up an award-winning mobile food van, serving up produce from the coastline the pair are so passionate about. Having already forged relationships with fishermen and suppliers through Nick’s studies, the couple focussed on seafood dishes and sustainability. Having worked on the Secret Bar with the Sharp’s team, Nick has embraced the delights of beer and food matching, and loves sharing his passion and knowledge with his customers.
