As keen home cooks we all love expanding our expertise and repertoires, and there's no better way to do that than to learn from the best. This is exactly the idea behind our Live and Cooking campaign – we've teamed up with Vitality to bring some of the nation's best chefs live and direct to you, to share their insight into healthy cooking and answer your questions.
With that in mind, we welcomed one of the UK's most celebrated chefs – Michael Caines of Michelin-starred Lympstone Manor – to the Great British Chefs kitchen. Michael is a font of knowledge when it comes to all things food related, and he showed us one of his favourite healthy midweek suppers – a delicious aromatic, Asian-style broth with noodles and vegetables – demonstrating how to pack flavour into a dish without sacrificing on nutrition.
If you want to cook this recipe yourself, you can cook along with Michael in the video below, as well as getting the inside scoop of lots of his personal tips and tricks for healthy cooking!
