Inspired by classic Caribbean rum punches, this lightly sparkling pitcher drink is made with Nix & Kix Sparkling Mango & Ginger.
Pour the white and dark rum into a pitcher, then add the lime juice, mango juice and Angostura bitters. Stir to combine, then chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours
When you’re ready to serve, take the pitcher out of the fridge and stir in the mango and ginger sparkling water. Fill 4 hurricane glasses with ice, then pour in the punch. Grate a little fresh nutmeg over each glass. Thread the lime wheels and maraschino cherries onto four cocktail picks and drop one into each glass to garnish
