Graham Campbell's marinated strawberries recipe makes a sensational accompaniment to lots of summer desserts, the sweet and tangy balsamic marrying perfectly with the strawberries and mint.

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Cover with cling film set aside in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours to marinate
  • 10ml of balsamic vinegar, aged
  • 10g of sugar
  • 5g of fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt

Serve with cream or as an accompaniment to a summer dessert
