Why is this the ultimate pico de gallo? It’s all about the freshness of the ingredients, and making sure to buy tomatoes that are ripe but not super soft, as they will make the salsa watery. We like to add three different kinds of chilli including red serrano, jalapeño, and some inauthentic pul biber, which adds a sun-roasted backnote to the salsa.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well, seasoning to taste
